Vinyasa: the Marriage of Breath and Movement…

Be prepared to challenge yourself a little as you work your body from your fingers to your toes, slowly flowing from one shape to another. Taking the time to play with different breathing techniques, you can ease gently through your workshop using your breath to help enhance your movements.
Reward your efforts with a long, soothing meditation to promote feelings of peaceful calm and relaxation.
