CHARITY YOGA CLASS – MEN ONLY…
Sunday 13th October 2019 – 3pm – 4pm
Gents, come along to this Charity Yoga Class for men to help raise awareness of:
Work-related Stress, Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, Anxiety, Trauma, Eating Disorders, Substance Abuse… to name but a few mental health issues.
Maybe you know someone: a friend, a mate at work …you. So, take a Time Out for yourself: whether you have never done yoga before, or whether you are a yoga convert – come and learn how to chill-out, whilst working on your flexibility and strength. Bring a mate… bring 2 mates! But know that you are supporting men who are having a hard time.
Charity Donation is £10 on the day
