Delve Deeper: New 90-Minute Class

Is an hour of yoga never quite enough?  Do you dream of just a little bit longer in savasana?  Do you want to experiment with more calming breathwork, or focus on poses to help you remain grounded?

This new monthly 90-minute class offers you the chance to Delve Deeper into your yoga practice.

This class is for anyone who wants a little extra time for themselves (and why not?). It will be time well spent if you want to enjoy your body moving through flowing postures, whilst also learning to use your breath to control your nervous system, as you gently learn to bring ease and calm to your whole being.

Each month we will focus in more depth on a different aspect of yoga: anything from the bandhas to the breath, staying grounded to working on your balance. Whilst yoga postures, breathwork, relaxation and meditation will all feature in the classes, the focus topic will add a little depth to your practice.

If there is something you particularly want to focus on, then come along and have a chat with me and I will try and link it in to a future session.

So, why not come and join me on the first Sunday of each month at 11am at Draycott Scout Hall; you will be most welcome!

This class is a Mixed Level class, so yoga beginners are welcome; however, it is not suitable for complete beginners to exercise as you must be able to get up and down off the floor.
